This is my first blog post on my new blog CAPH FITNESS !!! I’m really excited to start sharing the fitness and nutrition knowledge I have to give to the world, and I would love to hear about any fitness or nutrition tips or tricks from any of you guys! Help me make this blog become one of the most popular go-to fitness blogs in the world! (I know it’s a stretch right now, but all the best ones started from somewhere, right?!) I’ll try and write new blog posts every week, as I am also a college student with a very busy schedule. Hopefully this blog will serve as the much needed outlet I require in order to be able to relay all the information I know when it comes to fitness and nutrition. And heck, I may throw in some posts that have nothing to do with health or nutrition; just some freelance articles about anything!
